About the role
Responsibilities
- Build and manage customer advocacy program end-to-end, including reference management, case study production, testimonial collection, and peer review site presence.
- Identify and develop relationships with customer advocates across enterprise and MSP segments.
- Produce compelling customer case studies, video testimonials, and success stories.
- Manage presence on peer review platforms (G2, Gartner Peer Insights, Trustpilot), including review campaigns and response management.
- Leverage AI to identify advocates, scale program, and generate content.
- Partner with sales and SDR teams to maintain customer reference database.
- Support events like NerdioCon with customer speaker sourcing and content coordination.
- Collaborate with PMM and demand gen to integrate customer stories into marketing assets.
- Track and report on advocacy program KPIs.
- Build advocate recognition and rewards programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in customer marketing, customer advocacy, or customer success marketing in B2B technology.
- Proven ability to produce customer case studies, testimonials, and reference content.
- Experience managing peer review platform programs.
- Strong relationship-building, writing, and storytelling skills.
- Project management skills.
- Comfort with AI tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with customer advocacy platforms (e.g., ReferenceEdge, Influitive).
- Familiarity with IT, cloud, or Microsoft technology solutions.
- Background supporting enterprise and MSP segments.
- Experience integrating advocacy content into ABM or sales enablement.
