About the role

Responsibilities

  • Guide families and clients through initial conversations about in-home, non-medical care via phone, email, chat, and text
  • Develop, pilot, and refine new product offerings in partnership with marketing and product teams
  • Develop, implement, and refine sales playbooks and strategies for new customer workflows or products
  • Conduct consultative sales conversations to uncover needs and tailor recommendations
  • Iterate on sales approaches based on customer insights and update playbooks accordingly
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, care coordination, and marketing teams
  • Identify process gaps and propose messaging/strategy adjustments to improve positioning and client experience
  • Synthesize customer insights for sales leadership to drive improvements
  • Provide coaching and support to peers on new products and approaches
  • Meet or exceed individual sales metrics including call volume, talk time, conversion rates, and quality standards

Requirements

  • 5+ years of phone-based sales or customer service experience (inbound and outbound)
  • Experience developing sales strategies
  • Ability to thrive in a metrics-driven environment and meet goals
  • Empathetic communicator who balances compassion with confident sales execution
  • Experience working remotely and managing time effectively in a virtual team setting

Nice-to-Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Experience in home care, healthcare, or senior services

Compensation

  • Hourly base: $24.20 – $28.85
  • Variable bonus: $10,000 – $15,000
