Presales Sales Engineer who partners with Account Executives to run technical demos, discoveries, value assessments, and POCs for an AI Risk Decisioning platform. About the role
What You’ll Do
- Become an expert on Oscilar product offerings
- Build trust with potential customers by thoroughly demonstrating how Oscilar works and solves common issues experienced by others in the space
- Conduct discoveries, demonstrations, value assessments, proof of concept implementations, etc.
- Act as the liaison between Oscilar’s product and sales teams; passing along customer feedback for future iterations
What You’ll Bring
- BS degree from an accredited university, preferably in Computer Science or related discipline
- Minimum of 4 years experience working with customers in a solutions engineer, customer success, or customer/product support capacity
- Ability to influence stakeholders based on technical sales acumen and solid understanding of business processes and change management
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Finance, or related field
- Professional certifications such as CAMS (Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist) or similar
- Experience with specific AML use cases: correspondent banking, trade finance, crypto/digital assets
- Knowledge of emerging technologies like blockchain analytics and privacy-preserving computation
