About the role

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute Reducto's product enablement and training strategy across presales and post-sales GTM, aligned with product launches, business goals, and customer needs
  • Create engaging and scalable training content
  • Partner with product to ensure help center, knowledge base, and customer-facing documentation are accurate, easy to understand, and up to date
  • Serve as internal subject matter expert for customer-facing teams (sales, support, customer success) and deliver training sessions
  • Work closely with engineering and marketing to translate roadmap and positioning into coordinated GTM execution
  • Define and track success metrics (time-to-proficiency, adoption rates, feature utilization, expansion, NPS) and present data-driven insights to leadership
  • Stay ahead of product changes, competitive landscape, and industry trends, proactively improving enablement quality
  • Experiment with AI-driven approaches to product knowledge testing and learner experience

Requirements

  • 8-10 years in product enablement, GTM enablement, or similar role with proven track record delivering programs that move revenue and adoption metrics
  • Highly motivated self-starter thriving at product-GTM intersection
  • Expert in designing engaging, results-oriented training grounded in adult learning principles (video tutorials, e-learning modules, certifications, webinars, live sessions)
  • Ability to grasp complex technical products and translate into field-ready training and documentation
  • Understand AI/ML landscape
  • Data-driven: define KPIs, track enablement ROI (time-to-proficiency, adoption rates, feature utilization, expansion impact, NPS)
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration with product, sales, marketing, customer success
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience enabling teams selling AI/ML, infrastructure, or document processing products
  • Fluent with enablement tooling: LMS platforms (e.g., Sana), content management (e.g., Seismic, Highspot), knowledge bases (e.g., Guru), conversation intelligence (e.g., Gong)
  • Built enablement function from scratch at early-stage startup
  • Use AI in workflows
