Responsibilities

Partner with engineering teams (Core Infra, Developer Infra, Data Platform, Service Platform) to ship user-delighting functionality with balanced impact vs. cost.
Establish system and design principles for Seller Systems, selecting long-term solutions.
Guide architecture and investment decisions (build vs. buy, modernization vs. extension).
Interact with external users and propose infrastructure abstractions.
Validate product ideas and prototypes with early adopters.
Define key success metrics for developer products.
Work on infrastructure, API, data models/pipelines roadmaps.
Develop internal AI agents for functions like Recruiting, Legal.

Minimum Requirements

7+ years progressive experience in Product Management, ideally enterprise/B2B.
Demonstrated success defining, launching, scaling complex products.
Proven stakeholder management across Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, Executives.
Exceptional Customer User Journeys (CUJs) analysis for AI opportunities.
Data-driven prioritization with KPIs and dashboards.
Track record using qualitative/quantitative insights.
Excellent communication of technical concepts.

Hands-on experience developing/launching AI/ML products.
Understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG, fine-tuning, prompt engineering.
Experience with LLMs or conversational AI agents.
Technical background (e.g., Computer Science degree or equivalent).
