Responsibilities

Own the product roadmap for Stedi’s Eligibility or Insurance Discovery offering.
Define and drive strategy for real-time eligibility checks, benefit normalization, payer connectivity, and benefit normalization.
Report directly to the CEO and work closely with the Head of Engineering to shape product direction.
Be the primary author of complex, technical product and business documents (e.g., PR/FAQs, BRDs, Linear tickets).
Partner with design team to develop mockups and wireframes, and engineering team to prioritize and deliver features.
Collaborate with engineering to prioritize and ship features that improve speed, reliability, and data quality.
Measure product performance to track adoption and identify areas of investment. Own metrics related to product adoption/engagement.
Support and provide expertise on other product initiatives.

Requirements

Substantial product management experience at a healthcare software company, with a track record of delivering successfully adopted products (B2B products delivered via API are a major plus).
2+ years working in healthcare revenue cycle management, particularly eligibility verification workflows (strongly preferred).
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or another technical field, or professional experience writing code (strongly preferred).
Established, demonstrable track record of driving product adoption and managing a product roadmap.
Ability to translate complex customer requirements to a highly technical audience.
Highly curious; understand why things work and how to make them high quality.
