About the role

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement a comprehensive partnership sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and expand market reach.
  • Identify new industry partners and build baseline relationships, equipping them with resources and training.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with partners and influencers to generate new business opportunities and drive revenue.
  • Provide ongoing support, training, and develop sales/technical training programs, webinars, and lunch-and-learns.
  • Track and analyze partner performance metrics and provide reports to senior management.
  • Collaborate with marketing on co-marketing initiatives, campaigns, and events like conferences and trade shows.
  • Work with sales to assist in closing deals and prospect into new accounts.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape to inform channel strategy.

Qualifications

  • Experience in channel/partnership sales, business development, account management, or education preferred.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets through partners.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with tactical execution ability; attention to detail and multitasking skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, with leadership skills and comfort in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
  • Understanding of the real estate industry is a plus.
