Summary
Manage and grow a network of channel partners for a real estate fraud prevention platform, driving revenue through strategy, training, co-marketing, and relationship building. Requires channel sales experience and strong communication skills.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Implement a comprehensive partnership sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and expand market reach.
- Identify new industry partners and build baseline relationships, equipping them with resources and training.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with partners and influencers to generate new business opportunities and drive revenue.
- Provide ongoing support, training, and develop sales/technical training programs, webinars, and lunch-and-learns.
- Track and analyze partner performance metrics and provide reports to senior management.
- Collaborate with marketing on co-marketing initiatives, campaigns, and events like conferences and trade shows.
- Work with sales to assist in closing deals and prospect into new accounts.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape to inform channel strategy.
Qualifications
- Experience in channel/partnership sales, business development, account management, or education preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets through partners.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners and internal stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with tactical execution ability; attention to detail and multitasking skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, with leadership skills and comfort in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
- Understanding of the real estate industry is a plus.
