Operations Associate

What you'll do
- Support global licensing strategy, regulatory applications and communications, and license maintenance for stablecoin and related financial services products
- Work cross-functionally with Legal, Compliance, Risk, Finance, Product, and external counsel to prepare, submit, and manage regulatory applications across multiple jurisdictions
What we're looking for
- 5-10 years of experience in financial services licensing, regulatory compliance, fintech, payments, banking, or digital assets
- Familiarity with regulatory regimes such as money transmission, e-money, VASP/virtual asset licensing, or similar frameworks
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple concurrent regulatory workstreams
Nice to have
- Experience working at a fintech, crypto, stablecoin, payments, or banking institution
- Exposure to global licensing regimes (U.S. state MTLs, EU EMI/PI licenses, MAS, FCA, VARA, etc.)
- Experience coordinating with regulators or external counsel
- Understanding of AML/CFT, sanctions compliance, and risk frameworks
- Legal or compliance background (JD not required)
