As an Onsite Human Resources Manager, you will be the dedicated HR leader for our rapidly expanding Lewisville, Texas Fulfillment Center. This is a hands-on role where you will partner directly with FC leadership, managing all HR functions for a large, dynamic workforce. You'll be instrumental in shaping the employee experience, fostering a positive culture, and ensuring our operations run smoothly and compliantly.

You will:

  • Serve as the primary HR partner for the Lewisville Fulfillment Center, advising leadership on all people-related matters.
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle for our workforce, including, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
  • Lead employee relations efforts, conducting investigations, mediating conflicts, and ensuring fair and consistent application of policies.
  • Drive HR program implementation at the site level, including performance reviews, compensation cycles, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and Flexport policies within the fulfillment center.
  • Analyze HR data to identify trends, recommend solutions, and contribute to site-specific HR strategies.

You should have:

  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in an onsite operational environment (e.g., fulfillment center, manufacturing, warehouse).
  • Proven expertise in employee relations, labor law compliance, and HR best practices for non-exempt workforces.
  • Strong ability to partner with and influence site leadership to achieve business and people objectives.
  • Experience managing HR functions independently for a specific site or business unit.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • A 'compliance first' attitude to keep our regulators happy and enthusiastic about Flexport since we operate in a heavily regulated industry.
