About the role
What you’ll do with us
- Manage day-to-day operations of Range's NYC office, maintaining a smooth, welcoming environment
- Greet and host visitors, getting them set up in conference rooms with warmth and professionalism
- Own office supplies inventory and ordering
- Coordinate maintenance needs with vendors and property management
- Assist with new hire onboarding
- Help develop and implement office policies and procedures that improve efficiency
- Coordinate team events, from venue research and booking to day-of logistics
- Provide administrative support to NYC leadership, including scheduling, calendar coordination, and ad hoc tasks
What will set you apart
- Proven experience in an office management, operations, or administrative role; startup or tech environment strongly preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills; able to manage a varied workload independently
- Experience-driven mindset with high customer service standards; hospitality background is a plus
- Sharp attention to detail with excellent follow-through
- High EQ and discretion; handles sensitive matters with care and professionalism
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive self-starter with a problem-solving mindset
