About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own the lifecycle campaigns strategy end-to-end, defining and refining campaigns across prospect conversion, adoption, expansion, and retention.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of Campaign Managers.
  • Oversee integrated campaign execution across the full customer lifecycle.
  • Use AI and system building to scale experimentation velocity and team impact.
  • Shape campaigns across email, in-app, and other owned channels.
  • Partner across Growth Marketing, Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams.
  • Champion the team's technical and operational needs, including marketing automation infrastructure and data tooling.
  • Build programs for both self-serve and sales-assisted customer motions.

Requirements

  • 6+ years in B2B lifecycle or integrated campaigns marketing, with 3+ years leading teams.
  • Track record driving MQLs, pipeline, activation, retention, and revenue.
  • Strong analytical instincts for campaign data and experimentation.
  • Experience with AI-powered marketing tools for productivity and scaling.
  • Hands-on with marketing automation platforms and CRM tools.
  • Systems thinking for end-to-end customer journey.
  • Dual-motion B2B experience (self-serve and sales-assisted) preferred.
  • Strategic and executional skills, cross-functional relationship building.
