What you'll do

Propose and execute a content cadence that makes Rime unmissable to developers building with voice AI
Create original video content (tutorials, demos, takes, builds) on platforms where voice AI developers spend time
Write technical content that engineers want to read on the Rime blog and personal channels
Attend events (hackathons, meetups, conferences), create content from them, and bring insights back
Have real conversations with developers using or evaluating Rime, surfacing learnings to product and engineering teams
Build things with Rime in public: reference apps, open-source tools, and shareable demos

Requirements

4+ years working in or adjacent to AI, voice, or developer tools at early/growth-stage startups
Public body of work: YouTube channel, meaningful following on X/LinkedIn, Substack, GitHub, or combination targeting developers
Demonstrated ability to get technical people to watch, read, and engage with your content
Strong technical fluency: build with APIs, debug webhooks, explain voice agent stacks
Comfortable on camera and on stage
Sharp written voice and founder energy: operate without a playbook, prioritize ruthlessly, ship fast

Experience as a former founder or early engineer at an AI/dev tools startup
Background as a technical PMM, creator, or product person with demo/tutorial focus
Existing audience of developers on video, social, or writing platforms
