Lead Consultant - Public Sector
Leads agile project teams to implement Celonis Process Intelligence solutions for public sector clients, transforming data with SQL, building models, and driving process improvements using ML and task mining. Requires 7+ years consulting experience, public sector background, active security clearance, and relevant degree.
Responsibilities
- Lead and drive the implementation process while delivering high levels of service using Celonis technology.
- Transform customer data using SQL to create data models for process analysis.
- Design and implement analyses and execution apps enriched with Machine Learning or Task Mining.
- Analyze data to identify process inefficiencies and root causes, suggesting improvements.
- Quantify business and financial potential, presenting relevant KPIs to management.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Conduct value creation workshops to align measures for process improvements.
- Set foundation for long-term customer success.
Qualifications
- 7+ years in IT-Consulting, Management Consulting, Process Improvement or similar.
- Relevant experience in Public Sector vertical.
- Active Security Clearance (active for 18+ months).
- Proficiency with SQL or other languages (Python, R, Matlab) and interest in Big Data, Data Mining, Process Mining.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Excellent analytical skills, organized, quick learner.
- Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Information-oriented Business Administration/Economics, Mathematics or comparable.
Compensation
Base salary: $162,000 - $191,000 USD (Washington, D.C.), plus bonus/commission, equity, benefits (health, dental, life, 401k, PTO).
