About the role

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with the VP of Investments to support portfolio construction, asset allocation decisions, and top-down investment strategy implementation.
  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative research across asset classes including equities, fixed income, alternatives, and private investments.
  • Support implementation of investment strategies across client accounts, ensuring alignment with model portfolios and strategic targets.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Financial Planning, Operations, and Engineering to improve investment workflows and tools.
  • Lead the implementation of Range's investment strategies efficiently across various investment vehicles.
  • Rapidly digest important market news and assist with market-content generation.

Requirements

  • CFP, CFA, Series 65 or Series 66 designation.
  • 5+ years experience in a similar role.
  • Passion for the markets and strong investment acumen.
  • Organizational and written communication skills.
  • Experience using financial services technologies.
  • An interest in the tech industry and/or experience with start-ups.
  • Consumer fintech experience.
