About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead condensed, full-cycle implementations for acquisitions, operator transitions, and product expansions on accelerated timelines.
  • Assess and understand existing customer configurations, workflows, and data structures to extend them to new communities or services.
  • Serve as main point of communication for customers, ensuring alignment across stakeholders and August teams.
  • Drive implementations spanning multiple products (Clinical, Billing, Operations), delivering cohesive solutions.
  • Develop and execute streamlined project plans in complex, multi-site environments.
  • Act as trusted advisor to C-suite, department heads, and staff, driving adoption.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Go-To-Market teams.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, lead data migrations, integrations, and configuration updates.
  • Deliver tailored training sessions for corporate and community roles.
  • Standardize processes, playbooks, and documentation for efficient rollouts.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in Implementation or Program Management, preferably enterprise SaaS or healthcare technology.
  • Proven success in fast-paced, time-sensitive implementations with evolving scope or incomplete information.
  • Experience implementing multiple products/modules with systems-level perspective.
  • Ability to quickly absorb and synthesize existing configurations without prior ownership.
  • Strong background in healthcare, senior living, or adjacent industries highly preferred.
  • Experience deploying software across departments (operations, finance, clinical, IT).
  • Translate business needs into technical/workflow requirements.
  • Exceptional communication, relationship management, and stakeholder influence skills (including C-level).
  • Comfortable with ambiguity; create structure and make decisions without perfect information.
  • Familiarity with change management and adult learning best practices.
