About the role

Responsibilities

  • Document client requirements and create/maintain technical specifications (e.g., field mappings for Infinitus API against customer API spec).
  • Analyze client legacy data sets to understand impact on system design.
  • Configure the Infinitus platform using best practices and structured project delivery.
  • Establish CSV-based, API-based, and standard-based integrations with client systems (e.g., Patient Relationship Management, Electronic Medical Records).
  • Support QA, client UAT, and launch processes.
  • Author Knowledge Graph (KG) and related rules.
  • Provide support in client meetings leveraging platform knowledge.
  • Partner with clients and internal teams to resolve technical issues.
  • Act as first line of support, owning resolution and client communication.
  • Manage multiple client implementations concurrently.

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of relevant software system implementation or configuration experience.
  • BA/BS with evidence of technical experience or equivalent.
  • Customer obsessed with passion for clients and patients.
  • Great problem-solver able to translate business problems to technical concepts.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Clear communicator with strong written/verbal skills for client interactions.
  • Fast learner thriving in high-growth, fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently on low to medium complexity assignments.
