About the role
Responsibilities
- Document client requirements and create/maintain technical specifications (e.g., field mappings for Infinitus API against customer API spec).
- Analyze client legacy data sets to understand impact on system design.
- Configure the Infinitus platform using best practices and structured project delivery.
- Establish CSV-based, API-based, and standard-based integrations with client systems (e.g., Patient Relationship Management, Electronic Medical Records).
- Support QA, client UAT, and launch processes.
- Author Knowledge Graph (KG) and related rules.
- Provide support in client meetings leveraging platform knowledge.
- Partner with clients and internal teams to resolve technical issues.
- Act as first line of support, owning resolution and client communication.
- Manage multiple client implementations concurrently.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of relevant software system implementation or configuration experience.
- BA/BS with evidence of technical experience or equivalent.
- Customer obsessed with passion for clients and patients.
- Great problem-solver able to translate business problems to technical concepts.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Clear communicator with strong written/verbal skills for client interactions.
- Fast learner thriving in high-growth, fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently on low to medium complexity assignments.
