About the role
Responsibilities
- Take high-potential partnerships and turn them into live, scalable programs in healthcare, education, and culture.
- Own the full lifecycle of partnerships: sourcing, evaluation, deployment, adoption, and long-term success.
- Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, legal, and GTM teams to translate partnerships into real-world impact and repeatable systems.
- Build processes and systems that make programs repeatable and scalable.
- Identify opportunities, move quickly, and apply AI to meaningful real-world problems.
Requirements
- Experience scaling partnerships, deployments, or strategic programs within a technology company.
- Strong operator: able to take ambiguous initiatives and drive them to real-world outcomes.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and external stakeholders.
- Systems thinker: builds processes that make programs repeatable and scalable.
- AI-native: uses AI tools to move faster and improve workflows.
- Deep motivation to apply AI to meaningful real-world problems in areas like healthcare, education, or accessibility.
