About the role

Responsibilities

  • Take high-potential partnerships and turn them into live, scalable programs in healthcare, education, and culture.
  • Own the full lifecycle of partnerships: sourcing, evaluation, deployment, adoption, and long-term success.
  • Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, legal, and GTM teams to translate partnerships into real-world impact and repeatable systems.
  • Build processes and systems that make programs repeatable and scalable.
  • Identify opportunities, move quickly, and apply AI to meaningful real-world problems.

Requirements

  • Experience scaling partnerships, deployments, or strategic programs within a technology company.
  • Strong operator: able to take ambiguous initiatives and drive them to real-world outcomes.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and external stakeholders.
  • Systems thinker: builds processes that make programs repeatable and scalable.
  • AI-native: uses AI tools to move faster and improve workflows.
  • Deep motivation to apply AI to meaningful real-world problems in areas like healthcare, education, or accessibility.
