What You'll Do

  • GTM Partnership: Act as a consultant to GTM managers and leadership. Align people strategies—including workforce planning, organizational design, and culture initiatives—with revenue goals and sales cycles.
  • Administer Cyclical HR Programs: Partner with leaders to deliver recurring talent programs, such as performance cycles, compensation planning, and talent reviews. Lead engagement survey follow-ups by helping managers interpret results and build meaningful action plans.
  • Manage Employee Relations: Provide guidance and support on employee relations matters, including performance concerns, workplace conflicts, and investigations. Ensure issues are handled fairly, consistently, and in compliance with company policies and employment laws.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Analyze engagement data, turnover trends, and hiring metrics specifically within the GTM Org to provide actionable insights.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build strong relationships with People Centers of Excellence to ensure programs and processes are effectively implemented and tailored to GTM needs.
  • Culture Champion: Reinforce FloQast’s values and ensure that people programs strengthen employee engagement and a unified GRO strategy.
  • Ad-hoc Support: Tackle other HR tasks or projects as assigned to help the company meet its goals.

What You'll Bring

  • Business Acumen: Understand the nuances of sales models, customer journeys, and performance metrics. Speak the language of revenue leaders.
  • Experience: 4+ years of HR experience, with at least 2+ years as an HR Business Partner directly supporting Sales, Marketing, or Customer Success teams in a high-growth SaaS environment.
