About the role
Responsibilities
- Own and execute Range’s People strategy in support of business goals and rapid growth
- Partner with the CEO and executive leadership on org design, workforce planning, and leadership development
- Build and lead the internal HR team, setting clear ownership, expectations, and operating rhythms
- Design and operate performance management systems, review cycles, calibration, and manager enablement
- Establish consistent practices for employee relations, investigations, and performance outcomes
- Define what is owned internally vs. by managers vs. outsourced partners (PEO, vendors)
- Serve as the final decision-maker on complex people matters, balancing business needs, culture, and risk
- Act as a culture steward, ensuring Range’s values and operating principles scale with the organization
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience
- Experience scaling a fast growing startup
- SaaS, Tech experience
