About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute Range’s People strategy in support of business goals and rapid growth
  • Partner with the CEO and executive leadership on org design, workforce planning, and leadership development
  • Build and lead the internal HR team, setting clear ownership, expectations, and operating rhythms
  • Design and operate performance management systems, review cycles, calibration, and manager enablement
  • Establish consistent practices for employee relations, investigations, and performance outcomes
  • Define what is owned internally vs. by managers vs. outsourced partners (PEO, vendors)
  • Serve as the final decision-maker on complex people matters, balancing business needs, culture, and risk
  • Act as a culture steward, ensuring Range’s values and operating principles scale with the organization

  • 12+ years of experience
  • Experience scaling a fast growing startup
  • SaaS, Tech experience
