- Experimentation across channels, messaging, and GTM motions
- Attribution, CAC, pipeline reporting, and performance metrics
- AI-driven growth systems and automations
- Hiring and scaling the demand gen function over time
Must-haves
- Strong analytical and growth mindset
- 8+ yrs of proven track record driving B2B pipeline
- Highly experiments-driven
- AI-native and excited about using AI to scale execution
- High-agency and fast-moving
- Comfortable operating strategically and hands-on
