About the role
Responsibilities
- Run full-cycle recruiting for high-volume GTM roles including Sales Development Representatives, Account Executives, and Revenue Partnerships.
- Partner with GTM leadership to refine role requirements, set hiring strategy, and identify key success signals.
- Design and manage candidate pipelines with efficiency, transparency, and high-touch experience.
- Act as trusted advisor providing market insights, role benchmarks, and data-driven recommendations.
- Represent ElevenLabs externally to bring brand and values to life.
Requirements
- Full-cycle GTM recruiting experience for high-growth startup, with track record closing quota-carrying sales roles.
- Manage high volume and complex searches across multiple priorities without sacrificing quality or urgency.
- Strong partner to hiring leaders—influence with clarity, data, and operational rigor.
- Exceptional communicator—craft compelling role narratives and deliver high-touch experiences.
