About the role

Responsibilities

  • Design end-to-end GTM systems architecture across Sales, Marketing, and future post-sales and partnerships motions
  • Build and own CRM from first principles — objects, lifecycle stages, automation, routing, permissions — and the rest of GTM stack
  • Define funnel stages, lead and account lifecycle, and attribution in partnership with Marketing
  • Build forecasting models and revenue reporting that GTM and Finance both trust
  • Own commissions modeling and comp operations; design comp frameworks, performance metrics, and quota structures for new GTM functions
  • Design territory, segmentation, account assignment, and routing models as the business evolves
  • Build dashboards for pipeline health, conversion, capacity, and performance — and turn them into codified action protocols
  • Partner with Finance on headcount modeling, capacity planning, and coverage ratios as the team scales
  • Support pricing, packaging, and GTM motion experiments
  • Ensure data integrity and consistency across every system in the GTM stack

Requirements

  • 4-8 years in GTM Ops, RevOps, Sales Ops, or BizOps at SaaS companies, stood up a GTM/RevOps function from scratch or near-zero
  • Builder mindset: default to building solutions, technical chops, fast, proactive, comfortable with ambiguity
  • Deep hands-on expertise with CRMs and data (objects, lifecycle stages, automation, routing, permissions)
  • Comfortable with raw data, building dashboards/tools, partnering with engineering/data
  • Strong modeling, diagnosis, explanation skills; build trusted forecasts, comp models
  • Cross-functional collaboration with GTM leaders, Finance, Product, engineering
  • Low ego, high ownership, proactive, collaborative, bias toward automation/simplification

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience at usage-based or consumption-pricing SaaS business
  • Hired and managed an ops team
  • Familiar with AI/ML or developer-tools landscape and GTM motions
  • Use AI in workflows (agents, scripts, automations)
