Vapi is seeking a GTM Engineer to build systems for finding, enriching, and converting developers and businesses. This role involves auditing the GTM stack, owning enrichment workflows, and standing up intent-driven campaigns.

What You’ll Do:
- 30 Day: Audit our GTM stack (Clay, Hubspot, Salesforce, & Tofu) — map data flows, identify enrichment gaps, and ship your first quick wins on lead quality
- 60 Day: Own enrichment workflows end-to-end; build multi-provider waterfalls; get signal-based outreach running at scale
- 90 Day: Stand up intent-driven Tofu campaigns; write scripts to extend what off-the-shelf tools can't do; become the connective tissue between Marketing, Sales, and Data
Who You Are:
- 5+ years of experience in Product/GTM Engineering at a high-growth or Start-up AI company with an agent-forward (aptitude)
- Demonstrated ability to write production-quality code in Next.js, Python, TypeScript, or JavaScript to build integrations, automation workflows, and data pipelines
- Have built or prototyped AI-powered workflows using LLM APIs, Claude Code, etc
- Deep in Hubspot — you use it for more than list pulls; you know the API and how to extract data programmatically
- Comfortable in Salesforce— you can maintain database hygiene, and wire up CRM integrations
- A systems thinker first — you care about clean data models, reliable pipelines, and automation that doesn't break at 2 am
- Obsessed with data quality — enrichment rates, match rates, and hygiene aren't metrics you track, they're things you lose sleep over
- Fast and autonomous — Vapi moves quickly, and you'll prioritize ruthlessly
