About the role

What you'll do

  • Execute and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns (brand, events, webinars, social, affiliates, CRO, automated outbound) to generate leads and drive conversions
  • Monitor key marketing metrics (CAC, LTV, conversion rates), identify trends, and provide data-driven insights
  • Develop compelling messaging, ad copy, and landing pages to enhance campaign performance
  • Run A/B tests across channels, optimizing creatives, audiences, and messaging to maximize ROI
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and design teams to align marketing efforts with company objectives

Requirements

  • 3-4 years of experience in growth, digital, or performance marketing (preferably in B2B SaaS or healthtech)
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in marketing metrics, reporting, and data visualization
  • Experience with marketing tools such as Salesforce, ActiveCampaign, Mixpanel, Google Analytics
  • Strong copywriting skills and ability to craft compelling marketing assets
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with a test-and-learn mindset

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in health benefits, insurance, or fintech
  • Familiarity with SQL or data analytics tools
  • Previous experience in a high-growth startup
