Growth Engineer, GTM
McLean, VAOnsite5+ YOE
Summary
Builds and owns technical infrastructure for GTM acquisition engine, including CRO experiments, A/B testing frameworks, landing pages, data pipelines, and integrations with CRM/analytics/ad platforms. Requires 5-9 years experience with strong JavaScript/SQL and CRO focus.
About the role
What You'll Do
- Own the technical implementations behind Conversion Rate Optimization. Build and ship landing page experiments, signup funnels, scheduling and lead routing. Write the JavaScript that powers dynamic content and personalized experiences. Take projects from concept to production without needing a PM to define every step.
- Run the experimentation system. Build and maintain the A/B testing framework, feature flags, and targeting logic that the team uses to ship experiments across landing pages, signup flows, and the broader funnel. Translate funnel insights into technical implementations that actually move conversion.
- Build and maintain GTM infrastructure. Architect the integrations connecting our website, CRM, analytics, and ad platforms. Build the APIs, webhooks, and automations that move data cleanly between them. Debug across tools when something breaks - and these systems break in interesting ways.
What We're Looking For

- Comfort building integrations across APIs, webhooks, and the tools in a modern GTM stack

- A strong sense of ownership. You ship, you iterate, and you find the next problem to work on without being handed it
