About the role
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end deployment of the Encord platform for strategic customers
- Build data integrations and technical solutions to support customer onboarding and adoption
- Guide customers with best practices, run demos, and host workshops
- Communicate project plans and progress to technical teams and executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and commercial teams to feed customer insights into the roadmap
- Help define and scale the Forward Deployed function
Requirements
- 3–8 years in a technical, client-facing or solutions engineering role
- Experience building or working with data integrations and APIs
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and take ownership
- Strong experience in a client-facing role in a high-intensity, fast-paced environment
- Highly organised with strong time management
