Responsibilities
- Identify and prioritize AI-driven opportunities to automate finance operations and adjacent enterprise workflows.
- Partner with stakeholders to understand processes, pain points, data dependencies, and translate into product requirements and roadmaps.
- Define product requirements and develop lightweight prototypes.
- Design and lead pilots for AI-enabled workflows, including agentic tools and custom applications.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to adopt OpenAI technologies like Codex, MCP-based actions and connectors.
- Coordinate secure data onboarding across systems such as Oracle, Workday, Salesforce, Anaplan, Databricks.
- Own delivery of complex initiatives, aligning requirements and governance.
- Track adoption, quality, and business impact through dashboards and feedback.
Requirements
- 8+ years in product management, enterprise applications, business systems, or transformation.
- Strong fluency in Finance processes (quote-to-cash, revenue, billing, accounting, treasury, FP&A).
- Experience with enterprise platforms like Oracle Fusion, Workday, Salesforce, Databricks, Anaplan.
- Led delivery of production AI, automation, or data products.
- Comfortable with APIs, integrations, identity, data access, workflow orchestration.
- Exceptional communicator with cross-functional leadership skills.
