About the role

What you'll do

Office Management

  • Oversee daily operations across our office locations, ensuring spaces are clean, functional, welcoming and well-maintained
  • Manage vendor relations including facilities, lunch/catering, supplies, and building management
  • Coordinate office services, supplies, equipment and support IT with Technology needs for seamless operations
  • Act as our points person with brokers and landlords as we grow and add more offices

Event Planning & Execution

  • Plan and execute large-scale company offsites, including venue selections, logistics, programming and budget management in partnership with others at Thatch
  • Organize engaging office specific and company-wide offsites with our Head of People and other leaders at Thatch

Employee Experience & Culture

  • Design and Implement employee perks and programs that enhance workplace satisfaction
  • Serve as a member of the Culture Committee and continuously assess and improve the employee experience through feedback and creative solutions

Background we're looking for

  • 3-5 years of office management, employee experience or related fields
  • Track record of planning and executing large-scale events for 100+ people
  • Excellent ability to manage against a budget and identify areas of opportunity
  • Ability to manage and negotiate with vendors
  • Detail-orientated with strong organizational capabilities, and ability to communicate needs clearly
