What you'll do

Deliver high-quality design work, from conception to delivery, for various products on the Stedi platform
Work collaboratively and build with engineers and our customer team to identify and solve user, product, and business problems
Help define strategy — understanding and articulating the product’s goals, success metrics, roadmap, and commitments
Design and prototype multiple ideas quickly and connect regularly with customers to validate product directions
Improve our internal design system, and push for higher quality across the whole product, not just the screens in front of you

Who you are

4+ years of product design experience at a product-driven tech company shipping software
Healthcare experience required
Frontend development experience with React, Next.js and HTML/CSS
Experience shipping software that works on complex problems, such as developer tools, revenue-cycle management, fintech systems, process management, or others
Have good practical knowledge of end-to-end product design — from user research through high-fidelity design and developer handoff
Comfortable working with engineering, design, and business teams
A great juggler of creative optimism and critical investigation
Comfortable building iteratively to gather feedback
Located in PST - EST time zones
Philosophical alignment with the Stedi Standards
