What You’ll Own
Product Partnership & Customer Advocacy
- Embed in product discovery and roadmap conversations as Pirros’ in-house AEC practitioner
- Pressure-test ideas against real-world workflows, identify adoption risks early, and advocate for what customers actually need
- Maintain visibility into upcoming launches and roadmap changes well ahead of broader GTM rollout
- Feed customer and field insights directly back into Product discovery
GTM Enablement & Launch Readiness
- Translate product updates and launches into actionable GTM enablement materials
- Own pre-launch readiness checkpoints to ensure no major feature ships without appropriate positioning, enablement, communication, and internal preparedness
- Serve as the technical and practitioner counterpart to Marketing by validating technical accuracy and strengthening messaging credibility
Sales & Customer Support
- Act as a technical resource for Sales, supporting strategic customer conversations, participating in complex demos, and bringing senior architect credibility when needed
- Partner with Customer Success to help field advanced workflow and product questions while routing valuable customer feedback back into Product and Engineering
- Equip GTM teams proactively with the context and workflow expertise they need before issues arise in active deals
Industry Leadership & Market Intelligence
- Represent Pirros externally as a practitioner voice through industry events, webinars, podcasts, AIA/Autodesk University participation, and customer roundtables
- Deliver AIA-accredited continuing education programs as a high-trust GTM and brand-building channel
- Maintain and disseminate Pirros’ perspective on the evolving AEC landscape
Who You Are
- Practiced architecture at a respected firm and understand what it feels like to deliver projects under real deadlines
- Deep familiarity with Revit workflows, content standards, BIM coordination, and detail management challenges
- Strong understanding of how architecture firms operate both operationally and commercially, including project delivery, profitability, staffing, scheduling, and interdisciplinary coordination
- Exceptional communicator and equally comfortable building a demo, leading a webinar, writing a battlecard, or presenting to executives
- Naturally proactive in sharing context and communicating without waiting to be asked
- Highly collaborative and comfortable working across Product, Sales, Marketing, and CS without stepping on ownership boundaries
- Thrive in ambiguity and excited to help build the bridge process while actively serving as the bridge
- Able to hold your own with senior engineers, PMs, architects, executives, and enterprise customers alike
Nice to Have
- AIA license
- Experience managing BIM standards, content standards, or detail libraries at a mid-to-large architecture firm
- Existing industry presence through speaking engagements, AU/AIA participation, podcasts, or thought leadership
- Prior experience working closely with a software company (advisor, beta customer, customer council, or in-house)
- Sales enablement tools, CRM systems, demo environments, or analytics tools
