About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end quoting for new business, renewals, and complex amendments using Salesforce CPQ
- Act as the primary owner for the Salesforce and ZenDesk queue, managing the intake, triage, and escalation of all Q2C requests
- Reduce wait times and maintain high service standards by resolving tickets within defined SLAs
- Partner cross-functionally with Finance and Legal to navigate non-standard terms and identify system inefficiencies
- Assist in standardizing deal workflows and systemizing the escalation process within Salesforce to improve transparency
- Ensure all deals adhere to established price books, discount thresholds, and financial compliance standards
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, or Revenue Operations, including hands-on ownership of quoting for new business, renewals, and complex amendments
- Advanced proficiency in Salesforce CPQ or a similar quoting tool; comfortable configuring products and bundles, applying price rules, and troubleshooting complex quote logic
- Experience balancing short-term sales velocity with long-term revenue integrity
- Clear communicator who can articulate complex commercial concepts to diverse internal stakeholders (Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Legal, technical partners)
- Background in SaaS or Legal Tech environments
- Detail-oriented with ability to manage high volumes of requests in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high accuracy
- Authorized to work in the United States without restrictions
Compensation & Benefits
- Expected hourly rate range: $53.37 - $67.31
