About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end quoting for new business, renewals, and complex amendments using Salesforce CPQ
  • Act as the primary owner for the Salesforce and ZenDesk queue, managing the intake, triage, and escalation of all Q2C requests
  • Reduce wait times and maintain high service standards by resolving tickets within defined SLAs
  • Partner cross-functionally with Finance and Legal to navigate non-standard terms and identify system inefficiencies
  • Assist in standardizing deal workflows and systemizing the escalation process within Salesforce to improve transparency
  • Ensure all deals adhere to established price books, discount thresholds, and financial compliance standards

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, or Revenue Operations, including hands-on ownership of quoting for new business, renewals, and complex amendments
  • Advanced proficiency in Salesforce CPQ or a similar quoting tool; comfortable configuring products and bundles, applying price rules, and troubleshooting complex quote logic
  • Experience balancing short-term sales velocity with long-term revenue integrity
  • Clear communicator who can articulate complex commercial concepts to diverse internal stakeholders (Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Legal, technical partners)
  • Background in SaaS or Legal Tech environments
  • Detail-oriented with ability to manage high volumes of requests in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high accuracy
  • Authorized to work in the United States without restrictions
