About the role

Responsibilities

  • Bring TruckSmarter brand to life across every touchpoint, including web, social, ads, email, events, and product surfaces.
  • Design alongside a small team where work ships quickly.
  • Own projects end-to-end, from first sketch to final asset.
  • Stretch across disciplines: visual identity, marketing creative, motion, web, events.
  • Evolve the brand system as it grows.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of digital design experience, ideally at a startup or in-house creative team.
  • Portfolio showing range and taste across visual identity, marketing creative, digital advertising, and web.
  • Startup mindset: comfortable with ambiguity, eager to build, willing to pitch in on high priority initiatives.
  • Strong working knowledge of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Curiosity about AI changing creative workflows.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Familiarity with Framer or similar web development tools.
  • Experience creating content in lifecycle marketing platforms like customer.io.
  • Motion design skills using After Effects, LottieFiles, or similar.
