.Net Developer, SaaS Manager

Responsibilities

• Deliver features and improvements on the SaaS Manager platform.
• Take end-to-end ownership of well-defined features from initial development through production.
• Participate actively in code reviews, giving and receiving thoughtful feedback.
• Write meaningful tests and clear documentation as part of regular workflow.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to understand customer problems and advocate for good outcomes.
• Surface blockers and open questions early to keep work moving forward.
• Use AI-assisted coding tools thoughtfully to accelerate development while maintaining quality and security.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of professional software development experience.
• Some knowledge of .NET/C# and exposure to MongoDB or a comparable document database.
• Know how you learn and learn quickly; comfortable picking up new concepts, technologies, and codebases independently.
• Take real ownership of assigned work: follow through, flag problems early, and hold a high bar for "done".
• Write clean, well-tested, well-documented code.
• Strong collaborator: communicate clearly, ask good questions, and work well with cross-functional teammates.
• Curious about agentic AI tools and use them thoughtfully in development workflow.
• Proactive: look for opportunities to improve codebase or processes and surface them.

Nice-to-Haves

• Comfort across a wide range of technical stacks (.NET/C#, MongoDB, Go, Rust, TypeScript, React, and others).
• Ability to evaluate technology on its merits for the problem at hand and pick up new languages quickly.

Compensation and Benefits

USA-based roles only: Annual base salary between $123,000 and $172,000 USD, plus benefits (health, dental, 401k), generous paid time off, equity grant, and incentive programs where applicable.

Canada-based roles only: Annual base salary between $111,000 and $155,000 CAD, plus benefits (health, dental, RRSP), generous paid time off, equity grant, and incentive programs where applicable.

Compensation is based on fair market value and internal equity commensurate with experience and skill set.
