Associate Ad Review Specialist Contractor

Responsibilities
- Review ad submissions and podcasts on Spotify for compliance with Spotify policies.
- Manage review queues according to service-level agreements (SLAs) and prioritization guidance.
- Triage and handle time-sensitive escalations from sales, advertisers, vendors, and other partners.
- Identify and escalate emerging trends, operational gaps, and high-risk content.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to improve enforcement workflows, escalation processes, and tooling.
- Support quality assurance through hands-on QA, error reporting, feedback, and root cause analysis.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 1 year of operational experience in ad review, content moderation, brand safety, or a related area.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively while taking ownership of work.
- Clear, thoughtful communication with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to navigate complex issues, manage time, and prioritize competing assignments.
- Flexibility to work assigned shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and occasional weekend or holiday on-call coverage.
- Comfort reviewing sensitive or disturbing content.
