Responsibilities & Accountabilities
- Set and drive the creative vision for the 6sense brand across all channels: digital, web, video, experiential, and campaign work
- Lead a multidisciplinary creative team; strengthen culture, capabilities, and standards to ensure consistently excellent work
- Bring bold ideas forward and see them through execution without losing momentum or quality
- Partner closely with brand narrative and communications teams to ensure creative and story are fully integrated
- Build scalable production systems that increase throughput without sacrificing craft, including thoughtful integration of AI tools
- Maintain a high creative bar across every touchpoint—from LinkedIn templates to flagship event experiences
- Develop and mentor team members; create clarity through prioritization, role definition, career pathways, and feedback rhythms
- Foster a culture of craft excellence, inclusive collaboration, experimentation, and continuous improvement
- Evaluate resourcing, agency/contractor strategy, and team structure to scale output without compromising quality
- Collaborate across marketing and cross-functional teams to bring campaigns and brand to life at scale
Person Specification
Education & Experience
- 12+ years of creative experience, including significant time leading and managing creative teams
- A portfolio demonstrating range (brand campaigns, digital, video, experiential) and a clear, consistent point of view
- Strong B2B experience, with the ability to make technical products feel urgent, relevant, and human
- Proven ability to lead cross-disciplinary creatives (designers, videographers, motion artists, web creators)
- Strong campaign thinking—able to distinguish between big ideas and strong execution, and deliver both
- Fluency with AI-powered creative tools and a clear perspective on using them to accelerate high-quality work

Compensation
Base Salary Range: $160,120.50 - $234,843.40 (USD). Actual salaries may vary based on location and experience. Includes bonus, stock options, health insurance, 401K matching, PTO, and self-care days.
