About the role
What You’ll Be Doing
- Support ongoing documentation quality monitoring by reviewing provider notes for clinical completeness, risk, and payor compliance, and flagging concerns
- Serve as a clinical point of contact for providers, conducting outreach on documentation best practices and supporting a culture of quality through direct, collaborative provider engagement
- Support complaint, grievance, and payor quality review workflows, including intake, clinical review, and resolution documentation for low-level client complaints and payor-facing requests
- Assist with quality initiative work as assigned, contributing clinical judgment and provider outreach to branch priorities as directed
You’ll Be a Good Fit If
- Active, unrestricted clinical license (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD)
- 3-5 years of experience in clinical work and/or quality assurance, auditing, compliance in a behavioral health environment or at the payor level
- Familiarity working with or supporting clinical or frontline teams, with an understanding of documentation standards, risk awareness, and service expectations
- Exceptional written communication skills, particularly in creating clinical guidance and educational materials for providers
- Familiarity with digital behavioral health platforms, EHRs, or telehealth-based care models
Compensation & Benefits
- Fully Remote: $95,000 - $111,000 USD Annually
- Hybrid (NYC, San Francisco, or Seattle): $114,000 - $133,000 USD Annually
