What You Will Do
Strategic Coordination
- Coordinate content for and attend executive team meetings, track progress, and serve as a liaison between the CEO and other departments.
- Surface most important weekly & monthly insights, blockers, and priorities to CEO.
Communications
- Draft internal communications and presentations, distilling complex information into clear, concise formats.
Corporate Development
Board & Investor Relations
- Prepare materials for board meetings and investor communications.
- Lead fundraising material preparation and data room.
Fundraising
- Partner with the CEO to translate the company model and positioning into a cohesive and compelling fundraising narrative.
- Provide input to bridge the gap between the operating model and longer term projections.
Partnerships
- Evaluate potential partnerships and revenue share agreements with an eye on overall value delivered to customers.
- Work with finance and operations to maintain margin analysis to support partnership building.
- Travel to conferences and customer on-sites to gain industry context.
AI & Automation
- Use AI tools to streamline & automate G&A workflows, to support strategic coordination among the exec team.
What You Will Bring
- Experience: 4-6 years of experience in consulting, finance, operations, or a high-growth startup environment. Prior fundraising, M&A, or partnerships experience a plus.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in economics, business, engineering, or a related field. MBA from top program a plus, but not required.
- AI Fluency: Highly fluent with AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT) for research, analysis, writing, and automation.
- Communication: Strong written communication skills with the ability to distill complex information into clear, concise formats.
- Organization: Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Mindset: High agency and judgment—you know when to escalate and when to solve problems independently. Comfortable working across all levels of an organization.
Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive salary based on experience and meaningful equity package. Range $130,000-$145,000 dependent on experience.
