Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for business roles—from sourcing through offer.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, design interview processes, and meet hiring goals.
- Source and engage top technical talent through targeted outreach, referrals, and creative strategies.
- Deliver an excellent candidate experience, ensuring clear communication and thoughtful engagement at every stage.
- Maintain and share recruiting metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Build trusted relationships with hiring managers and leadership, serving as a consultative partner on technical talent trends and strategies.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in recruiting, with a strong focus on business roles (e.g., go-to-market, operations, finance, or corporate functions)
- Proven ability to hire top technical talent in competitive markets
- Advanced sourcing skills, including building pipelines of passive candidates
- Familiarity with technical recruiting tools and platforms
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with both candidates and internal stakeholders
- Experience recruiting in a high-growth, venture-backed startup environment preferred
