Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for business roles—from sourcing through offer.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, design interview processes, and meet hiring goals.
  • Source and engage top technical talent through targeted outreach, referrals, and creative strategies.
  • Deliver an excellent candidate experience, ensuring clear communication and thoughtful engagement at every stage.
  • Maintain and share recruiting metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Build trusted relationships with hiring managers and leadership, serving as a consultative partner on technical talent trends and strategies.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in recruiting, with a strong focus on business roles (e.g., go-to-market, operations, finance, or corporate functions)
  • Proven ability to hire top technical talent in competitive markets
  • Advanced sourcing skills, including building pipelines of passive candidates
  • Familiarity with technical recruiting tools and platforms
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with both candidates and internal stakeholders
  • Experience recruiting in a high-growth, venture-backed startup environment preferred
