About the role

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver programs that maximize influencer and customer awareness, consideration and recommendation of strategy, products and services across Stripe industries, specifically retail, and emerging categories including embedded finance
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with key analysts across firms such as Gartner, Forrester, IDC, and industry-specific firms
  • Craft clear, differentiated narratives aligned to market trends
  • Lead strategy, preparation, and execution of analyst evaluations and research cycles, ensuring high-quality submissions and effective cross-functional workstreams
  • Prepare senior leaders for high-impact analyst engagements with tailored insights and executive-ready materials
  • Synthesize analyst insights into actionable recommendations for product strategy and go-to-market alignment
  • Act as a trusted advisor to Stripe product and marketing leaders, providing expert guidance on market sentiment

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in analyst relations, product communications, or a product marketing role
  • Experience managing analyst evaluations and research cycles, including submissions for major analyst reports
  • Demonstrated ability to drive results cross-functionally with product and marketing teams to develop clear, market-facing narratives
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience creating materials for senior executive audiences

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in fintech, payments, or financial services
  • Experience running executive communications and briefing preparation programs
