Responsibilities

Own Reducto's agent-facing surfaces: build and maintain CLI, MCP server, SDKs, and integration points for AI agents and developers.
Build integrations into platforms, frameworks, and toolchains used by agents and developers (coding assistants, orchestration frameworks, cloud marketplaces).
Improve Python and TypeScript SDKs for intuitive use by humans and agents (clear type signatures, predictable error handling, documentation).
Instrument and measure agent adoption: track metrics on discovery, drop-offs, friction points to prioritize builds.
Reduce integration friction: write documentation, build example projects, design API surfaces.
Stay on agentic tooling frontier: monitor frameworks (MCP, tool-use protocols, agent SDKs) and ensure Reducto compatibility.
Drive internal automation using LLMs and agentic workflows.

Requirements

2+ years software engineering experience with strong Python and TypeScript skills.
Deep fluency in AI agents: built with agent frameworks, MCP servers, or LLM tool-use patterns.
High bar for quality, precision; enjoy complex problems from first principles.
Feel for great developer tools/APIs.
Operate in fast-changing, high-growth environments; full ownership from strategy to execution.

Early-stage or high-growth startup experience.
Built/maintained developer SDKs, CLIs, or API tooling.
Familiarity with AI agent ecosystem (MCP, Claude Code, OpenAI Agents SDK, Sandboxes).
Contributed to open-source developer tools.
Care about technical excellence and product impact.
