About the role

Responsibilities

  • Drive the entire sales lifecycle from prospecting through to closing new partnership relationships
  • Build relationships with decision makers, multi-thread within organizations
  • Take a test and learn approach to selling into heavily regulated partners
  • Present to key external stakeholders
  • Identify stakeholders in assigned territory, understand needs, create urgency, demonstrate value
  • Prospect and build pipeline within assigned territory
  • Build pricing proposals
  • Partner with legal on contract negotiation and execution
  • Collaborate with partner success, sales enablement, and operations for onboarding
  • Provide market feedback from prospects to cross-functional teams

Requirements

  • 3+ years quota carrying experience in a high-paced startup environment
  • Experience building/maintaining relationships with community banks and credit unions (highly preferred)
  • Experience with SaaS companies and sales cycles
  • Highly organized, prioritize competing tasks in fast-paced environment
  • Create urgency and influence stakeholders in financial landscape
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, think on feet
  • Agile and flexible
  • Team-player, coachable
