Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end negotiations for intricate, high-value agreements, focusing on optimal payment schedules, structuring costs against cash flow, and strategic discounting of credits.
Manage relationships with critical suppliers to secure the best possible terms for infrastructure needs.
Act as the primary bridge between the procurement team and Legal; review complex contract clauses, translate commercial requirements into legal frameworks, and streamline contract execution.
Analyze procurement data and vendor proposals to forecast expenses, mitigate supply chain risks, and drive continuous cost improvements.
Collaborate closely with engineering teams and finance leadership to align procurement strategies with technical requirements, product delivery timelines, and company growth goals.
Requirements
Extensive, proven experience managing the full lifecycle of procurement, with strong emphasis on negotiating and completing complicated, enterprise-level contracts.
Deep familiarity with financial structuring within contracts, including leveraging payment terms, balancing capital expenditures against cash flow, and maximizing value through credit discounting.
Strong capability to navigate and review complex legal jargon, ensuring company interests are protected while facilitating collaboration with legal counsel.
Eager to tackle supply chain bottlenecks, navigate challenging vendor dynamics, and creatively structure deals.
Successful completion of a background check.
