Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to drive user growth.
- Develop, release, and maintain native iOS applications, primarily in Swift.
- Contribute to code reviews and collaborate across teams to ensure quality and scalability.
- Work across the iOS and backend stack, run experiments, and improve user-growth metrics.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- Strong foundation in computer science, including data structures, algorithms, and software design.
- 5–10 years of experience programming in Swift.
- Willingness to relocate to Beijing, China.

- A Duolingo streak.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary range: ¥804,949–¥1,088,971 CNY.
- Base salary is supplemented by equity compensation.
