About the role

Responsibilities

  • Design end-to-end provider workflows across core clinical surfaces, including scheduling, management, permissioning, patient chart, clinical co-pilot, and more
  • Conduct discovery with provider and clinical operations teams to deeply understand how care is delivered today and where friction lives
  • Translate complex clinical workflows into clean, intuitive interfaces that reduce cognitive load for providers
  • Partner closely with engineering to ensure designs are built with high fidelity and speed
  • Identify and prioritize the highest-leverage UX improvements to provider efficiency and satisfaction

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product design experience, with a strong portfolio demonstrating complex workflow and B2B or enterprise UX
  • Proven ability to lead design end-to-end — from discovery and research through to high-fidelity delivery
  • Experience designing for dense, data-rich interfaces where clarity and efficiency are critical
  • Comfortable working in fast-moving environments with ambiguity and evolving requirements
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work closely with product, engineering, and non-technical stakeholders

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience designing clinical or healthcare tools, EMR/EHR interfaces, or other regulated industry software
  • Familiarity with telehealth or virtual-first care models
  • Prior experience working in a startup or high-growth environment

Compensation

  • $120-$150 per hour
