Responsibilities
Deeply understand driver and business needs to set an ambitious product vision
Set team's goals and success metrics aligned with Lyft's mission, based on data analysis, market research, and user research
Build a product roadmap and lead a core team of engineers, designers, data scientists, and marketers to execute
Build alignment and collaborate with partner teams on shared goals and initiatives
Communicate roadmaps, priorities, experiments, and decisions to partner teams and executives
Own products end-to-end from ideation through development, launch, growth, and maintenance
Requirements
3+ years in product management, product design, or equivalent consultant experience with significant time spent leading consumer-facing products
Ability to manage project ambiguity, complexity, and interdependencies in an organized way
Define and analyze metrics that inform product success
Strong user empathy and experience in customer discovery and product development process
Experience building alignment and influencing decision-making across org lines and with senior leadership
Strong judgment balancing flawless user experience and needs of a two-sided marketplace
Strong communication skills across teams, company, users, and other audiences
Detail-oriented with ability to balance multiple projects, deadlines, and requests
