Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison between Total Rewards and broader People/HR teams, aligning priorities, timelines, and deliverables.
- Operate, configure, and troubleshoot core HRIS and people systems while ensuring data accuracy and reliability.
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and automate manual people-system processes.
- Maintain accurate people data and produce reports and dashboards to support Total Rewards decisions.
- Provide first-line support for system questions and issues from employees and HR partners; resolve or escalate as needed.
- Partner with internal teams on system integrations, upgrades, and escalations.
- Support compliance and audit requirements for people systems and processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3+ years of experience in HR operations, HRIS administration, or people-systems support.
- Hands-on experience with Workday.
- Strong project management skills and experience managing concurrent initiatives and stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain technical system concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Cross-functional partnership experience with Total Rewards, Payroll, or Benefits teams.
- Strong attention to detail and systems-thinking problem-solving skills.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience supporting compensation or benefits administration within an HRIS.
- Exposure to system integrations or APIs and data flows between HR platforms.
- PMP, SHRM, or HRIS-specific certification.
- Experience in a high-growth or scaling company.

- Compensation range: $160,000–$195,000 plus bonus.
