Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and help manage cloud-build environments ready for agentic development, moving development off laptops into centralized environments to improve developer experience and security.
  • Build the golden path for citizen developers with infrastructure providing security, reliability, and redundancy for non-engineers building and deploying apps.
  • Partner with Engineering to make tools and codebases AI-ready for agentic workflows, build and deploy developer tooling, infrastructure, and processes.
  • Bridge Engineering, Security, and TechOps to ensure development processes meet all stakeholders' demands.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of software engineering with significant experience in developer tooling, software engineering, or infrastructure engineering.
  • Owned real cloud infrastructure: designing, deploying, and maintaining AWS (or GCP) handling real-world loads.
  • Opinionated views on improving DevEx from experience.
  • Comfortable with Python and TypeScript.
  • AI-pilled or keen to experiment with agentic development.
  • Service-oriented mindset.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Cloud security, container security, and supply chain threats.
  • Semgrep Code (or other SAST tooling).
  • Semgrep Supply Chain (or other SCA tools).
