Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Apply existing agents and frontier models across the stack (worker app, business app, ops platform, marketplace) to automate vetting, matching, and fulfillment.
• Write and review high-quality code across React Native app, React/TypeScript web apps, and Node.js/PostgreSQL APIs.
• Architect core systems—from real-time matching to autonomous worker-vetting pipelines powered by ML and agents.
• Partner with design to ship polished, intuitive UIs.
• Go where product priorities are: some weeks wiring up an agent for automation, others building payments flows or UI.

Requirements

• 1+ years with TypeScript, React/React Native, Node.js, and/or PostgreSQL.
• Experience integrating LLMs or agents into real product (prompting, tool wiring) or a clear drive to learn.
• Comfort in an early-stage team: ambiguity, self-direction, and fast iteration.
• Strong front-end chops with experience or desire to learn React Native; love building performant apps.
• Voracious learner who can explore new languages/frameworks and discuss product with designers or infrastructure with tech leads.
• Applier, not a researcher: focus on shipping reliable automation using frontier models and agents across the product stack; willing to tackle highest-priority problems whether AI-related or not.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience building on top of AI agents in a staffing marketplace or similar domain.
• Ability to own product decisions and partner with CTO on roadmap.
