Video Editor

Responsibilities

• Edit and produce short-form video content for marketing campaigns, social media, advertisements, and product promotions.
• Create motion graphics, text animations, transitions, light 2D animation, dynamic typography, and custom motion graphics.
• Collaborate with designers and marketers to align visuals with campaign goals and brand voice.
• Optimize content for Facebook, Instagram, X, YouTube, paid media, and in-app experiences.
• Iterate edits based on performance metrics and creative feedback.
• Monitor video trends, gaming content formats, and creative best practices.
• Maintain organized video asset libraries, project files, file structures, and team handoffs.
• Ensure brand consistency across motion content.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Perform sound editing, royalty-free music sourcing, and basic color grading.

Requirements

• Ability to work onsite 2–3 days per week at the Brickell Key, Miami office.
• 3+ years of video editing and motion graphics experience, preferably in gaming or entertainment.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects.
• Experience producing content for mobile and digital platforms, especially paid social.
• Ability to execute edits end-to-end and independently build complex sequences.
• Familiarity with platform-specific formats, specifications, and best practices.
• Strong visual storytelling, pacing, rhythm, and composition skills.
• Portfolio showcasing high-quality creative work across digital platforms.

Nice-to-haves

• Understanding of casino or gaming aesthetics and player psychology.
