Senior AI Python Developer
Build and productionize agentic AI systems for a cloud-based analytics platform, including routers, tool-calling agents, RAG pipelines, evaluation, and observability. The role requires strong Python and microservices experience plus familiarity with cloud, Kubernetes, and distributed architectures.

Responsibilities
- Design and enhance sophisticated AI systems with routers, agents, evaluation using LLM-as-a-judge, and AI monitoring.
- Develop and optimize agentic AI systems, including routers, tool-calling agents, RAG pipelines, LLM evaluation, and AI observability.
- Help shape the architecture of an AI solution as it moves into production.
- Implement Python-based microservices within Kubernetes and ensure seamless cloud-service integration and communication.
- Focus on scalability, performance, and security across the AI infrastructure.
- Collaborate with senior engineers, UX designers, project managers, and subject-matter experts.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Python and experience building microservices.
- Familiarity with generative AI concepts, including LLM APIs, tool or function calling, and prompting.
- Experience with cloud-based back-end systems and distributed architectures.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
- Proactive, self-driven approach.
- Ability to quickly learn and understand complex subject matter.
Nice to Have
- Prompt engineering, LLMOps, or RAG framework knowledge.
- Hands-on experience building agentic systems.
- Experience with CI/CD development practices.
- Familiarity with data science concepts or ML infrastructure.
